Our fish counter is full of the best the sea has to offer. We are constantly working to find the best suppliers for each season to offer premium quality!
No food industry has more species and flavors to offer than seafood.
It's all about fish, shellfish and molluscs. Over the course of a year, almost 100 different species visit our counters. In various forms – such as fresh, salted, dried, planed, pickled, smoked or dug.
This is what makes the working day at Vulkanfisk so inspiring. Working to find the best products within each season. Finding the best suppliers. Storing the ingredients correctly. And then being able to offer them to our customers with pride and joy.
That's what drives Vulkanfisk. We love fish, know fish and like to talk about fish – regardless of whether you wear a chef's hat or a top hat :-)
